Bro, you are knockout kinda easy. No im not saying that for being toxic. Keep your chin very low. Its a danger spot and very easy to knockout someone there.
Bro I'm training at home i got no sparring partner so no sparring experience but I'll be joining amateur fight if they hold an event in here Any tips?(I do shadow box and train my body)
Absolutely love to see it, one subtle thing that would make a world of difference when facing an opponent and that a lot of people overlook: keep that chin tucked in. Chin down, eyes up. Keep at it 💪
U lean forward a bit too much which was a problem that I had as well when I was first starting. I developed the habit when I was teaching myself but once I got a coach he taught me why it was bad and how to fix it. Ur gonna get clipped if you keep leaning forward.
It wasn’t a terrible progression self taught wise. Bravo 👏🏽 just if you goto a gym for the same amount of time and spar aswell you might’ve made a even more exponential improvement
Technique is everything so always have the discipline to keep your hands up till it becomes muscle memory
All I can say is tuck your elbows more and tuck your chin to other than that this is pretty good
You kinda remind me of jason from hajime no ippo (this is a compliment)
