  1. why are they doing pec isolation before moving on to incline bench? The pecs would be cooked already to be going back to another compound. I hope nobody takes what they see here as a good way to train.

  3. don't forget to mention the strong doses of chemicals, fists full of tablets and super juice you inject into you body daily or weekly to achieve these mass gain. You and I both know that without it these mass gains are impossible.

  5. Another great session w GOAT Coach John and always liked when he worked w Shaun Clarida. Killer chest workout I’ve done many times now after watching this. Angling the bench just that 15-20 degrees is a game changer putting more stress on your pecs not the shoulders.
