  1. LOTS OF HARD WORK HERE, nutrition and great genetics ….but lets be honest ….some GOOD muscle enhancing "supplements" , NOT saying roids, BUT …. definitely more than just creatine and protein with BCCAs ….regardless , amazing exercise and built, very motivating.

  2. I see all of this…do this, do that if you want to “have killer biceps” bull crap videos. I weigh 180 and I’m 6’ tall and trim, toned looking. I do biceps with 40 pound dumbbells because I have gotten very strong by lifting. But I will never look like this dude. It comes down to either genetics or steroids. I’ve know dudes who smoke, drink, get no sleep, and lift no weights who look like professional body builders. My two cents for what it’s worth.
