  1. Well Done! Low impact cardio, balance, visual instructions, and timing for each exercise 🙂 Each person can adjust the intensity and duration base on where they start and progress. Thank you and God bless.

  2. Great stuff has brought me back to a level of fitness and now use your channel to push on to a higher level
Thank you so much for all your hard work and hands down best channel on Youtube

  3. Thanks for this. I'm 50 and have moved house four times in the last year resulting in a complete loss of fitness routine. I'm finding it difficult to get re-established. Waiting on a left knee reconstruction has limited my daily walking; running is out of the question. I subscribed for exactly this kind of thing 😊

  4. why that irritating voice explaining the excersice? He should talk before the workout or better no talk at all. I have to mute the video because of this anoying voice explaining excercises that are obvious only watching them.

  5. I started out walking 2 1/4 miles a day,now I’m jogging the same distance everyday(👁concur the early morning exercise is tranquil)I also do the leg stretches/lift really enjoy those.what ever your able to do,just do some kind of workout/excise once your over 60.💯❤️🙏🏾to all people…

  6. Cardiovascular means just that,if you don't put some kind of resistance on the muscles to get oxygen following and the heart pumping more blood, then you're doing nothing for the Cardiovascular system,if you're a smoker,a drinker and an over eater you have to exercise twice as hard so these exercises are what they do in aerobics and are nothing new,if a person have trouble walking or doing aerobics biking is good whether it's stationary or wheels because it works the majority of the muscles and the Cardiovascular system, staying in shape isn't as simple as some people make it seems you have to put in some work if you don't you're just going through the motions

  7. Alpino's chocolate oats and peanut butter are the best. The fiber keeps

my digestion happy, and they keep me full with good protein intake.

Plus, they're ridiculously delicious without added sugar. Perfect for

anyone craving tasty weight loss! @alpinohealthfoods
