How do I know whether my nerve is being pushed on or being stretched? I've been doing a multiple of exercises and pain seems to come back eventually after every mix up of sets. I'm not sure what type of exercises causes it.

Every one is saying different type of exercises, the person who suffer got confused which he hv to do.

Because it involves lumbar flexion and nerve tension.
I stopped working out and exercising and my back hurts so i started working out and exercising and i still have sciatica pain. Infact, it's more severe these days that i am unable to sleep.
So, should i stop working out for my core aps?
Today onward definitely I will do this excise.i am suffering from sciatic.pls godhead for this type of excise.
Tried every execise for sciatica known to man but the "dead bug" exercise gave ever.

What about the enormous part of the population that has sciatica that can’t get on the ground? Yeah a young healthy individual with back pain can probably pull these off but nobody 50+ with true pain is gonna tolerate a kneeling palloff press
