To be honest those cops called for paramedics quick. I've seen cops shoot the bad guy, yelled commands for a few minutes, then cuff him, then call it in. And that's still fast. I would have kicked the body a couple times, if he moved or made noise then I would linger around till that stops then cuff him. Would bother trying to save him and just assume he gone and drive slow to the hospital
