  1. Did it ever occur to these cops that this kid Nathan this homless person suffers from some mental health issues and handcuffing anyone regardless if your intentions are good would be scary for a lot of people especially someone who doesn't understand or process things quickly

  2. So ANY time time that force is used, a sergeant has to come and review video and then federal agents might come out….? How does this Pd]D get anything done?

  3. He did not help the homless man unless u call violating his 4th amendment helping cus 4th amendment no ras of a crime then thay can't legaly serch u or seize anything so the cop did not help its funny how people considered violating 1 rights helping and I been in cuff when I was being transported to jail thay cuff me in front and sat me in front seat so thay do not have to cuff people for no crime

  4. I don’t get why this is happening on scene. I guess it’s good that the false allegations don’t go any further than the scene of the arrest but I can’t imagine that it can happen all the time or even often with time and resources being what they are.

  5. Opiate withdrawal. If you take them for long enough, this will be you, no matter how tough you think you are. Once your opiate receptors are sensitized, life is pain.

  6. The reason the APD in NM has oversight by the Feds. I believe is because around 2013 or 2014ish they had a high corrupt cop "pandemic" sweeping through the entire state. It was actually kinda ridiculous.

Im assuming now they have that FBI oversight which is a good thing, to help prevent that. Good seeing them take the proper steps to once again become a respectable police force and state.

Ps. This dude was wild for no damn reason lol

  7. 11:52 While the video is playing she asked so no force was used? What a incompetent human being is she. She literally has the evidence of what happened in front of her and she acts like she's blind. I wonder if these feds are the real rookies and they are grabbing for money by attacking an officer in training. I find it creepy and crazy they showed up out of the blue before the rookie finished his job. Something doesn't seem right. Is there corruption inside the fed and they are trying to hurt the police?

  8. Liberal agent that’s never stepped foot on the streets is deciding what’s justified? She didn’t even care that the officers were assaulted wtf is wrong with us?

  9. I don't understand why police no longer are respectful to people. When did it become a law to arrest people who need a ride to the shelter? They could have gotten him a ride through public transportation instead of treating him like a criminal. He seems mentally ill and he needed a safe place to go for the evening. The officers made this into an unnecessary scene. I don't think the officer abused the dude though. 2:38 At least at this point he didn't, the dude was the one abusing the officer and the officers vehicle. They let him free and he threw a tantrum. I wonder if he's intoxicated or just mentally ill. Also, if the feds wasted time and money on investigating this rookie for no reason they should arrest the guy who falsely accused the officer. And the officer needs to sue the guy for defamation. I don't give a crap if he's homeless or anything, he needs to learn from his bad behavior.

  10. Why they doing all this to him hes done nothing ! What Narcissists. Not human , they are really antagonising this man for sure. They are just trying to get something on him so they can take him in .shame he took their offer of pretend help. Horrible horrible men changing the narrative the whole time.

  11. Going above and beyond always bites you in the rear.. good dudes get the shaft and hes just trying to help. I hate this guy, being a former user myself I couldnt be around that idgit for any amount of time.

  12. Hang on, is this really policy/protocol, to handcuff someone, behind their back, just to transport them? That seems like an “arrest” to me. Idk if it was edited out, but did they pat him down, bc I know they asked. If they did, and found nothing, why handcuffs? Like they weren’t taking him “into custody”, so I don’t see why he’d be handcuffed. Seems like a grey area, but maybe not? Is that normal?
