Id be willing to bet my left nut that they were paid off. Rockstar CANNOT mess with other Countries laws. Period. Once a game is out its out. You can still buy illegal movies and games in other Countries free from prosecution. You can also stream live sporting events, etc. The US is not the center of the universe. Not all countries share our copyright laws. In Iraq while I was deployed If you had a satellite dish and like a one time payment of $150 you could get satellite tv for life. I remember going through customs after leaving Iraq in 2008 and we could bring back no more than 25 copies of an illegal game or DVD…No limit to the amount of movies BTW, just on the same versions of a game or film. I brought and still own hundreds of "illegal" movies and xbox games legally. Just don't try to redistribute lol.
I used to be on ps4 but it took an arrow to the knee.. xbox now just for that new console smell but I plan on going ps5 soon
i hate when im fishing or doing hunting and than all of a sudden little bombs go off under me sending me into the air and killing me. happens to a point i have to move to a diff lobby and lose my horse cargo 🙁

Modders and cheaters are still in 4 out of 5 lobbies for me. 2 days ago I hopped in after being afk for a few months and explosions were going off from my chest and all around my camp. Then I switched lobbies and did a fishing event and bears were spawning all over the players fishing. It hasn’t changed.

Just 2 days ago I got like 3 exploders, 1 obvious god moder and 1 that wouldn't let me draw weapons.
Yeah they are going after and shutting down the mod menus. But what about Cheat engine?
I completely gave up on my PC version of this game due to hackers and started from scratch on the PS5 version. I'm enjoying my PS5 version controller and I think it's waaaay better and zero hacks that I've ever encountered. Soooo….. goodbye PC version.
I'm still getting harassed by random explosions over and over and over. Nothing has changed for my experience. Lobby swap will sort it out until someone else comes in with the same hacks.
Picked up this game recently for PC on sale. Only thing keeping me from even trying online is the cheaters I keep hearing about.
I had a hacker on GTAO for the PC who kept following me around every lobby and launch any personal car I drove right into the ocean, it got bad because it was happening in solo lobbies too, haven’t played it since but that was a month ago
It's not in the past. Came out of Call to Arms and 3 pukes kept blowing us up until they killed us. Really disgusting. I don't know if reporting them does anything. Maybe RDO tells them who reported them? I certainly hope not. On another note, newbies like us really enjoy your videos, and thank you for all the insight.
Exactly! Some people say “well I just use it to dick around and spawn things in like hot air baloons” okay yeah that’s harmless but it’s the fact that you can use it for malicious reasons that means you should be banned because what happens when Timmy gets shot randomly? “Oh lemme turn my menu on and harass this guy who was trying to shoot a lawman and not me. Oh he’s still killing me? Let me turn god mode on and chase him into every session”
It's a shame about the GTA cheaters. I hope they continue to ruin the game for people who would normally spend money on shark cards. Those losers deserve nothing but pain and suffering.

They haven't gotten all cheaters. About two weeks ago I had a modder go after me by having dead babies attack me. I couldn't shoot them down or go back in the stables. I just left the game overall, out of fear my information was taken.
