I don’t agree with children making these decisions till they are old enough to understand the consequences. Kids change their minds all the time depending on what’s trending, if they not old enough to vote, drink alcohol, drive or get married or even join the armed forces then they not old enough to make a life changing decision like changing their gender.

If your kid wants to become another sex and you live in Victoria Australia, I have two ways to fix it:
If you don't like your kid, tell the government that you don't feel like you can take care of the kid anymore.
If you do like your kid, go to a real estate agent, put your house up for sale, sell it for as much as you can get, but quick. Tell your kid you're both going on to another country because you need to work there for a while. Make sure it's a country where this kind of transitioning is not legal and stay there. Make sure it would be hard for the government in Australia to get you back there for the current reason. Most countries have an extradition agreement with Australia, (Armenia doesn't and is quite nice), but many countries would never extradite you for this reason even if they had an agreement, because it would go against their own laws to do so. You can check with lawyers and find out which. I'm quite sure you'll find many. You're still the parent, so traveling to another country should still be possible, unless every kid in Victoria is now a child of the state, like they were in USSR.
Your kid will understand your decision when they're older and see how many lives has been lost in Victoria because of this.
If you need help to settle down in another country. Just make some kind of a gofundme page and people will help you to transition to another country.
Hint: Transitioning to another country is way easier to de-transition from, than cutting off body parts.
