  2. Apparently it wouldn't have mattered anyway. He was tied to that double homicide in broad daylight. And that bullet the grazed that woman's coat would be counted as an attempted murder or at least aggravated battery with a firearm. He would've face jail regardless. And any state he moved too, he would've been extradited back to Illinois.

  3. But facts is tho , most people don’t see it like this. Imagine your bro said “aye come out to cali for a trip” and you pack and go out and then he says “well why don’t you just stay” like tf I got my mom ,and my friends and unsettled business back home and all my shit. That’s unrealistic for anybody just especially dumb and unrealistic for lil Jeff. He had a chance but you can’t expect him to to have taken it. That’s a big decision.
