I appreciate your information, but I don't understand the rubber band part. I can't see what you do with the rubber band other than putting it around the left leg. Do you attach it to something else also? How big is the rubber band? Is it more like an exercise stretch band? .. It is not at all clear to me. Would you please explain the whole thing more clearly?
