  1. Fab video 🎉 i got a sarcoma cancer of the leg when i was 55 im now 65 walking has been my life saver😊 it helped me physically and mentally my doctor's were so happy with my recovery, come rain snow or sunshine im out walking were never to tired to smell the roses😂🌹

  4. I go to work at 8.30am and start work.. So, I have to walk all day.. I go from department to department collecting files and documents.. My job is office boy.. So I don't have to make tea.. but document sheets, I have to come and go to pick up a file, I don't even have time to sit down.. It's a lot of work.. So I walk from department to department in the same mall.. I want to know if I get a good exercise..😊
