After all this time, the scale is finally moving. I have dropped 9 lbs since I started listening to these messages. My relationship with food feels completely different. I have “lost” weight before. Unfortunately, I suffered through the process. This has been so gentle and natural. I don’t feel ravenous or deprived. It has been the complete opposite. It has been wonderful, beautiful and kind. Thank you so much Marissa! I have been listening to this guided meditation for eight days now. I feel so much more in control of my food choices etc. My stomach is actually starting to shrink and I have had four surgeries on my abdomen. I am not very healthy at the moment or well but I feel after finding all of your YouTube postings that I have so much hope and starting to make better choices. Thank you so much. I tend to get 10mins in and somehow all these negative ideas are suggested makes me feel bad and I have to stop. I have tried other videos and the same thing happens. Cant you stay on the positive way of thinking instead of having us harrow through bad thoughts?
