  1. I'm sorry to inform you but the dolphins did not decide to leave the land. they were created to be in the sea along with the other fish just like the land animals were created for the land and the birds were created to be able to fly. The Lord Jesus created man in his image and we are not animals.

  2. I wonder how much concentrated heavy metals micro plastics are in the fish oils and the fish in our terribly polluted seas and oceans just a thought that's why I find alternatives regards

  3. Crestor (Rosuvastatin), a statin that lowers cholesterol has been linked to Parkinson's Disease. Search for the NIH systemic review. FYI, President Biden is on Crestor, so make of that what you will.

  6. What is a good diet for you depends on your unique DNA. Some people should avoid the keto diet because of potential issues with the ABCG5 or ABCG8 genes. This, combined with a low-carb and high-fat diet, even plant-based, can lead to excessive sterol deposits under the skin (xanthomas) and atherosclerosis, or artery blockage. A genetic test like GB Longevity100 can be very helpful. It helps you understand your genes and risk factors, allowing you to take early preventive measures. Additionally, it can help you discover ways to tailor your diet and lifestyle to reduce the risk of age-related diseases, such as Alzheimer's.

  7. Homocysteine- folate not folic acid those with gene variation cannot do folic acid which is man made and in almost everything processed. My homocysteine went down after folate. A large number of people have the MTHFR variation

  8. Hi thank you very much for this video!!! I tried going on food for the brain website and it says , "there is an error with website" unfortunately, I was really hoping to take cognitive test.

  9. Wonderful podcast. May I make one comment which is bound to annoy some people 😅 Alzheimer is not stressed on the second syllable. Either no stress at all, or stress the first syllable. Sorry, but it hurts. Just imagine if one were to stress the second syllable of Campbell 😂

  10. FIRST, don't take more cov injec boosters, since Protein spkike produced by it, with its fats crossing brain barrier can inflamme your brain. Of course there's other reasons too for dementia 🙂

  11. Dr John, I am a convert to a full carnivore diet, I’ve cut out all man made processed and ultra processed food, that includes all sugars, carbohydrates. My BP has gone from 160/90 to 125/70, my resting pulse rate is 50, I was pre diabetic with a weight of over 15 stones, I’m now 11.8. I track my glucose with a constant blood sugar monitor and my blood sugars are at between 4.9 and 5.6, when I exercise my glucose rises, therefore my liver is producing energy on demand. I no longer get tired, my libido is up and my testosterone is high. I crave exercise and I’ve stated to develop muscles like I’m in my 30. Try it.🥩. Not only are they poisoning us with vaccines and statins, they are feeding us pure crap non foods. I’m 61 and feel like I’m 30. Thank you for sharing.

  12. I would have liked to have heard discussion of vascular dementia. Risk factors are diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and smoking. I don't think that eating fish and certain vitamins are necessarily a magic bullet for avoiding this condition.

  13. Exercise is very important. I’m a gym member aged 72 and attend everyday. I’m the oldest member and everyone else is under 50 with 600 members..any thoughts??

  14. you didnt mention the chimpanzee? The body is not good in the uptake of curcumin Should that not be a reason that it might not be good for one likewise loading up on vit C might not be good for one since the body wouldnt have evolved to handle such large amounts?

  15. Here in Australia we have abundance of fish and seafood and our government keeps reducing catch rates of fish especially pelagic fish and this has been bought up in the Senate with no scientific evidence for reducing the number u can catch like Spanish mackerel 1 per person with no scientific evidence the government keeps taking it away maybe because it's healthy for us now they want to put mRNA vaccines in our live stock
