  1. What do you think the best and worst roles are in Red Dead Online!? Thank you for watching 🙂 cannot wait to see where the next role stacks up with the roles ranked in this video!

  2. I took the Trader role first, for financial reasons. Not satisfied with it. Too much to do. I still work with it, sometimes not making my delivery…… I have also taken the Bounty Hunter role!! Love it! Easy money most of the time, sometimes I bring them in alive. LOL

  3. Tip for the traders. Load into a legendary bounty. It will put you into your own lobby. Then instead of going to hunt the bounty. Just go hunt animals. Spawns will be way better since there are no other players around. When you're loaded up. Just leave the legendary bounty by finding a new free roam session

  4. For the very first time since starting this game, I have finally experienced the animal spawn bug. I couldn't find a 3 star gator to save my life, and there was never a herd of anything. I am usually literally tripping over gators in the bayou. I rode all over for a single deer. And played like 5 hours without being attacked by wolves. Traveleing the edge of the woods and plains north of blackwater is generally a guarenteed wolf encounter. And the far north east corner of Annesberg usally yeilds a cougar. Nothing. Not even a deer. Its like the game knew I was grinding the Trader that day lol.

What IS odd, is that while on trader and moonshiner deliveries, there was animals everywhere. And as soon as I finished the order, they went scarce again.
    Strange bug.

  5. Trader can be very passive if you keep a wagon full of legendary animal pelts. You might not get the easy one all the time, but certain sighting missions like the Inahme Elk have a faster version where the elk spawns in almost immediately. And the banded gator literally takes like 2 minutes to do every time I've done it.
Yeah, you will get sprayed; but the cool down is really not that long.
Just make sure you always have a full wagon of legendary animal pelts and Trader is fairly passive. Every time it gets below half just donate one legendary pelt, do 1 sighting mission, put the pelt in your wagon, and go back to doing other stuff. Try to do the easier sighting missions with bigger or slower animals.

  6. I play solo and trader is garbage to keep full up production wise all the way im at 10 and the wagon is still not great the role is soooo unproductive unpredictable and your just fodder for dip shit scrubs hew are gonna shoot you for the sake of shooting you 😒 the bootleggers and naturalist and bounty hunter played in there entirety is fun also the collecter I feel like a prospector also love helping random people get there cargos from 1 end to the other fending of griefers

  7. I think its pretty stupid of Rockstar to award the player for taking the maximum time in missions. You should be awarded for completing them fast imo. Plus its kind of boring to wait several minutes at the end to get the highest reward.

  8. I just got into online after 100% the story mode. And while it sucks to be stripped again of evreything I love how alive the game is again for me, and while it sucks I can't greet/Callout wagons I love all the new things to do

  9. If you have the money I have found it easier and better to just spend the 20 dollars and buy supplies for Cripps, it takes a minute for them to arrive at camp but it keeps Cripps producing goods for longer then if you go out and steal them or hunt to trade the animal to Cripps trader friend for supplies.

  10. The waiting aspect of bounty hunter for a higher payout sucks. In a way it kind of makes sense because the longer they run the more money people are willing to pay for justice. But it makes bounty hunter very boring.

  11. I find Trader role mixed with the naturalist role works well, as all you need to do is skin the legendary animals that you take on from The naturalist, throw them in the back of a hunting wagon and done! You only need like 3 or so legendary animals and that bar is filled! Pay for resupplies since it only costs like $20 anyway. It's easy money, just can be slow while waiting for that bar to fill up again. It's not the most fun role to play, but it's one of the more useful ones!

  12. Trader is totally passive. I do bounty hunter stuff and then hunt on the way back and turn in materials. To me trader is preferable as a secondary and i have made so much money off trader just doing it as something to do on the way back to the bounty board. Trader is 100% worth it.

  13. Rockstar said that they will focus on rdo but all we have is bounty hunter collector trader moonshiner and naturalist but gta has nightclubs bunkers facility's offices submarines arcades apartments pent houses garages yatchs avengers mocs terrobytes like where are the rdo property's like why not let us run hotels a wagon company lumber yards train company's or maybe let us Rob trains and stores add some hiests

  14. Take it from a weirdo, trader is a pretty ucrative and fun business if you really enjoy the hunting and fishing in RDO Like I do. the main reason why i got it is because you make ALOT more doing it than you would you would just dropping off satchels of gods at the butcher for about 30-60 dollars every hour or so.

  15. I feel like you're really over-exaggerating the amount of time that you need to spend on the trader role. If you have a hunting wagon you can just do bounties or collector and keep an eye out for the occasional 3-star animal; you don't even need to do any dedicated hunting trips. Usually i have full materials & a backlog of carcasses in my wagon just from doing this.
