  1. I took a break from working out and gained back all the weight that I lost. I'm starting again after 2 years, and I will try my best to come here after every workout to entry how it went.

    I have already completed 2 days of Chloe Ting's Hourglass challenge.

    Day 1: Absolute torture. Couldn't stay put for most of the workouts. Felt dizzy in between. Had to take a lot of breaks. Took me an hour almost to go through it. Lol.

    Day 2: Not that great, but not as bad as the 1st day. I completed almost all of the workouts. It took me around 30ish minutes to complete it.

    Day 3: I skipped because my muscles were very sore. I couldn't even sit down without the oohs and ahs.

    Day 4: Well, I did as much as I could. Skipped a few exercises because my body started to shake. But, didn't take breaks longer than 10sec, I count that as some progress. Teehee.

    Day 5: The workout was a breeze. I even switched from a 2kg dumbell to a 4kg one for some exercises. However, I wanted some advice as I'm not looking for much muscle growth just weight loss and some strength training, so how much weight is enough weight for home training?

  2. Been doing this for 2 weeks and I must say it's improved my life alot! To anyone reading this remember, exercise is the addition needed to get above 0 and diet is the multiplication. Good Luck out there!

  6. wait I need help like when I finsh all my workout and in the end its like complete on but it didn't let me do it and when I click mark as complete it take me to the start can some one tell me how I make it complete like it won't let me do day 2 challenge pls help

  7. Ahhh as a very uncoordinated person I struggled with the warm up 😭😭and. I haven’t even started the programme yet but this is my first day and I think it will get better as I go

    I’m starting my first challenge with program of hourglass , so I hope I can handle with that and I will finish my first program.
    I will write here, my daily progress from the beginning to the end.
    And also, I wanna find some friends with who I can talk about it and motivate each other(sorry if there any mistakes I’m also trying to learn English so it will be really helpful for me)

    If you’re trying to do this program also don’t give up guys just remember that you’re doing this for your better future

    Day1: ✅ IT WAS SO HARD
    Day2:❌ WELL MY LEGS AND THIGHS HURT A LOT LMAO I COLDN’T EVEN DO THE WARM UP😂😭
    Day3:✅ My legs are still hurt but I did everything, arm day was easier for me BUT LEGS😭😭😭💀💀
    Day4: ✅ I did it easily today, but my legs got hurt again heh, I’m so proud of myself, btw I’m forgetting to Take my body’s measurements, but I hope that I will do it as soon as possible!
    (I've also become more flexible🥹)
