— 1 день прошел тяжело, с дыхалкой все норм, но все дрожит просто, поэтому вынуждена брать рест, и тренировка растянулась на 2 часа. этот кулдаун мое самое любимое, тут я действительно получаю удовольствие от тренировки
Starting 2022 moving & stay fit challenge. 13.09.2024 53.5 kg
Day 1✅ was little bit hard but I was able to do it without taking a long breaks
Day 2✅
Day 3 ,I did less than a half bc I felt very weak
Day 4✅ felt much better
So excited! I was able to get my foot into my elbow during the pigeon quad stretch! When I first started the challenge, I could hardly stand having my foot up at all. Only a month later, I'm much more flexible! Mahalo nui!

I am just here for the toning challenge but im kinda late 😅 on day 5 i think and now can finally rest for two dayss
currently on day two of the 2023 hourglass challenge and i love the cooldowns ! can't wait to do more, it's the most satisfying part of the workout and almost makes me sleepy during it, so relaxing!
