  1. буду делать упр Хлои на протяжении 45 дней(взяла аскезу, так что я обяза и буду тут все писать по мере того, как буду вспоминать)
    ~ первая неделя ~
    — 1 день прошел тяжело, с дыхалкой все норм, но все дрожит просто, поэтому вынуждена брать рест, и тренировка растянулась на 2 часа. этот кулдаун мое самое любимое, тут я действительно получаю удовольствие от тренировки

    Day 1✅ was little bit hard but I was able to do it without taking a long breaks
    Day 2✅
    Day 3 ,I did less than a half bc I felt very weak
    Day 4✅ felt much better

  3. So excited! I was able to get my foot into my elbow during the pigeon quad stretch! When I first started the challenge, I could hardly stand having my foot up at all. Only a month later, I'm much more flexible! Mahalo nui!

  6. currently on day two of the 2023 hourglass challenge and i love the cooldowns ! can't wait to do more, it's the most satisfying part of the workout and almost makes me sleepy during it, so relaxing!
