This entire video is just one big dream, like if I told my friend I had this dream were I found 4 random crackheads in a field all holding different objects for no reason and then I just found some random sleeping homeless guy in a couch fort but as I was doing that I got shot at and when I went to leave some dudes that looked like cheek and Chong walked up to me to ask if I was alright. That is literally a dream😭
Ya know, I actually believe the driver. Not only does he look like a goof, in neither cops body cams do you hear a whiz, crack, ricochet, or impact. Which tells me he did indeed fire them into the air. Also the cops where much easier to NOT notice since they didn't have a car nearby

These police officers use the most 27s and signal 9s while they are conducting their 57s at the time they are talking to each other about signal 9s, it's very apparent when you look at that code 48, they told the officer that the 17 was being signal 18 during the arrest of the guy being detained for the 59 while he was signal 32….
