thank you♥
I love the focus on form and technique. This class helped me realize how much I benefit from focusing on the basic techniques before doing more challenging moves, even if I’ve done them in the past. It’s best to meet the body where it’s at presently not where it’s been before. Thanks!
Great class- every lesson of you is fun and very individual though you are working on it for so many years. Bless ! 😊

Used to be religious about her workout programs.. it’s been a few years and omg I am out of shape.. I need to do this one every day for 7 days before I go onto the second of this series. She really knows how to get the burn

Loved it 😘 thanks boho beautiful
How it is amazing that these "keep your core tight" and "pull the navel in to your spine" etc have somewhere down the line become so natural to understand. Of course, I know that she means that I have to focus on these particular muscles to hold a good form and beautiful posture. But it was so hard to realize it all in the beginning. I remember when I first started doing yoga during my high school years, all the narration and explication didn't feel real, like how am I supposed to extend this muscle, and feel that muscle and follow my breathing. It was painful and vexing at first. I don't know how in the world have I gained so much control, coordination, strength and stamina through these years, counting maybe to 8? Even though my "routine" has been non-existent in regards to yoga. I have only periodically gotten into running, but rarely have kept the consistency. I do some muscle training like squatting 50-100x and planks or push ups to freshen my day. All in all, I would mostly reckon my non-sportive everyday life habits to be the culprit that has kept me fit or even made me more so. I.e. I never skip stairs when there are some, even if it 8 floors I have to climb or an escalator. And I usually prefer walking over taking the bus or the tram on distances under 3k
I went on a long holiday to retreat and did not get to exercise
So I had to go back to Pilates by doing a beginners one and it really made me fall in love all over with the wonders it does.
Really helped me get back to reality, and to be mindful of
