Imo, the best diet is a balanced diet…eat from all food groups, but skip suger.

Time restricted does not necessarily restrict calories, it depends what you eat during the consumption window. Arguments for it include the restriction of the time that insulin is active and promotion of autophagy.

It will never change eat less exercise more balance diet fast when you can. Its hard to do so people think it doesnt work.
It’s training and sufficient protein. Not large amounts of protein. That will do nothing to prevent sarcopenia.

Dr.Petet Attia is like a massive rail engine zooming in his track doing his work( transporting passengers and goods) but has utter disregard for other vehicles.
The time restriction definitely is something that is beneficial coz of circadian rhythm and again as a result of humans accustoming to day-night times for million of years.
Equating diet restriction to time restriction is not appealing to anyone who does IF or who adheres to body clock.

This interview was so horrible….. How can two people speak so many words and say nothing in the end…..???? After your guest and you went on and on I still have no idea what steps can be taken to improve my health through exercise. He was so so much in his head, just to hear himself talk, thinking he was so smart. He talked about it, from every direction and never said what everyone was waiting for him to say. You need to exercise in this way and this how you do it…. It was torture to listen thinking he may finally get to the point and never, never does. You didn't help at all….
Seems like there are lots of experts who say eat more protein to lose weight and build muscle, and lots of other ones who say less protein is key to living longer.
