  1. I wanna practice the days I can but the nearest court to me is 30 mins away and during the day I get a headache after 15mins of playing because of the sun and at night it's filled with yns

  2. Here’s a cool long fun fact about basketball 🏀:

Basketball was invented in 1891 by a Canadian physical education teacher named Dr. James Naismith. He wanted to create a game his students could play indoors during the cold winters. Instead of a hoop at first, he used two peach baskets nailed to a balcony railing, and the very first basketball was actually a soccer ball! Every time a player scored, someone had to climb up a ladder to get the ball out of the basket—no net holes yet. The very first official game had just 13 rules, and only 9 players on each team. Over time, basketball spread super fast, and within a few decades it became one of the most popular sports in the world. Today, the NBA (founded in 1946) has grown into a global phenomenon, with players like Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, and LeBron James becoming worldwide icons. Fun fact: basketball is also one of the only sports invented in America that is now played professionally in over 200 countries! 🌍 haha you think I’m a bot inn not this took me 20 minutes pls like

  3. Curry does not put his hand in the middle of the ball. A lot of the pros do not do that either. They put more like his first position actually. That’s a bit extreme but they def don’t put their whole hand in the middle, that is way too hard and unnaturally to replicate with game movement

  4. If you measure the distance between your thumb & your pinkie, the middle of your hand is actually your POINTER finger NOT your middle finger. Center that with the air hole (middle of the ball) & you'll see much better results. Larry Bird shot that way & was one of the highest pct shooters ever
