Is this really efficient enough? I'm asking bc I wanna start working literally as soon as I wake up while my is at its coldest and stiffest. Will this paired with warm ups sets be enough to significantly reduce risk of injury?

I am coming back to exercises after getting a coronavirus and then having complications from it I lost all of my strength. I will start from the 5 minutes workout and then get some 10 and then longer one’s. Thank you for doing it for us !
