  1. Nice moves! Those one handed mountain climbers were tough! As for the rest, I thought I was in a dance/karate class. I'd rather do burpees and jumping jacks than the twist and air punches

  2. Started with you 3 months ago, lost 8lbs with a lifestyle change too. I still find jumping jacks hard! Lol in the beginning i could not side plank at all but now im up to 10 seconds!
