  1. Jeff nippard is on the same level as leanbeefpatty. Failed lifters who engage in pseudoscience. Either of them having a video about Sulek or Huberman is absolute npc bullshit.

  2. Easy to say filming in the gym is good when you're making stacks from it. Piss that shit off. You want to film content, film it in your personal gym.

  3. I dont mind people filming on occasion. Everyone should do it to a degree, whether its to refine technique, record a PR, or even just make personal content for yourself or friends. However, if your ENTIRE WORKOUTS consist of setting up a tripod and filming yourself EVERY. SINGLE. DAY, then i dont like nor respect you and you're intentionally taking up more space than necessary as well as taking longer than necessary to do your sets when others mat need to use the equipment.

  4. I mainly record myself for content but mostly I try so I'm only in the frame and when someone passes in front of the camera i dont care, it's oublic area. We need to be mindful of other people

  5. All reasonable takes aside from filming in a gym. Get a home gym if you want to hog a space with all your tripods and buddies. Otherwise do your workout and leave so other people can do their workouts.
