I never laughed so much watching boxing. Quite many people have little to no idea of what they are doing, but it is good those so many people have passion for boxing and want to improve their skills

Mate, I just found your channel and I love it! I've kickboxed for 9 years and I love the feedback, it reminds me of the training.
Man, the heavy bag at 13:00 def reminds me of a few I've had the "pleasure" of using years back. Taped up, lumpy, sand all piled up and packed together in places; hit it too hard in the wrong spot and I don't care how well you've wrapped your hands or how intact your bag gloves are, its gonna hurt.
tony is so charismatic, i like his "womp" and "boom" sounds then he make a punch, now i make them as well, its feels so relaxing and fanny.

If I had a trainer like YOU, Tony – I would quit boxing instantly! You – Tony is a sham! You only want more and more subscribers. But your advice is generic and you are misleading people who really wants to box. Those who want to learn. SHOUTING from a trainer doesn´t make a fighter! Calm good advice does. You only want "clicks". You are sell-by-date.
