A delivery driver nearly sideswipes another car before police step in and conduct a DUI stop in Solon, Ohio. What starts as an erratic driving call quickly escalates into a drunk driving arrest after officers say the driver struggled to stay in his lane, jumped a curb while attempting to pull over, showed visible signs of impairment, and failed field sobriety tests on camera.Police identified the driver as 31-year-old Conlin Sersig. According to public reporting, officers detected the smell of alcohol coming from both Sersig and the vehicle. During a search of his work van, officers discovered an open bottle of bourbon in the front seat.
Sersig recorded a breath test result of 0.284 more than three times Ohio’s legal limit of 0.08 for adult drivers. He was reported as facing misdemeanor charges of OVI, prohibited BAC, and driving in marked lanes.🚔
