i usually agree with you but in this case i do not. I know the what if always play in officers heads but he's in his home with a firearm which is not illegal. stupid yes but not illegal. What if he heard two knocks checked. He sees no one there. He goes and grabs his gun. Now once the sheriff announced himself he should put his pistol away. But justified I don't think so. He didn't give him literally 1-2 seconds before the door was wide open. 12:49 door is open he says step back. 12:50 he pulls the gun and shoots. lol like how is this justifiable. I could understand if he was pointing it towards him or acting crazy inside while the cop was trying to listen. But cops have to have some kind of accountability otherwise if you have a firearm it's just justifiable for a cop to shoot you because they fear for their life.

the potential is there, sure. but there is no INTENT. military teaches this. gun pointing down means no intention of bodily harm. deputy is trigger happy IMHO. holding a firearm with a mean stare is not a justifiable reason to engage. potential alone is not justifiable without intent.

Fallout is a video game that’s been around since 1997 there are 8 total fallout games they recently made a TV show based on the game. It’s about a post nuclear apocalypse world.
So it is almost mid-June now, and the deputy that shot Senior Airman Fortson to death was fired on June 1st. Following the investigation of both Okaloosa County Sheriff's office, and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement concluded that the deputy violated departmental policy. His actions were unjustified, and now former deputy Eddie Duran was fired on June 1st. Investigation reveals several flaws: the leasing office lady said she 'thinks' it was apartment 1401, which was incorrect. That was Fortson's apartment, and a nearby apartment, 1412, had numerous domestic disturbance calls & excessive noise calls at that apartment (1412) which was near to Senior Airman Fortson's apartment. Flaw number two: why didn't he wait for backup? Here in Texas, 100% of all domestic disturbance type calls automatically send two officers to the scene. Is it not the same in Florida? Maybe it should be if not! Flaw number 3, no noise coming from Fortson's apartment. Reason being is because he was chilling and on a FaceTime chat with his girlfriend according in the investigation. Thank God for body cams to reveal the truth. The former deputy had a bachelor's degree, and was close to finishing his master's degree. So shame that he is just thrown that all away along with his pension. Where are you officer Tatum? I thought you would make a follow-up video to this talking about what the investigation revealed. You were not wrong to make this video at the time that you made it because it looked like at the time that everything was justified. Now that the investigation has revealed flaws, you should be making a follow-up video to this. Please do that! Are this hasn't been made public, if Okaloosa County Sheriff doesn't bring up charges on former deputy Eddie Duran, THE AIR FORCE WILL. Because this involved Air Force personnel, I believe the Air Force Office of Special Investigations should be taking the lead on this, not Okaloosa County Sheriff. Eddie Duran will NOT escape Justice. While I don't think Eddie Duran will face murder charges, he will definitely face manslaughter type charges because he did not go there to the apartment with the intent to kill.

Officer Tatum justified the murder of airman Fortson, well the sheriff was fired after a internal investigation found that his force was excessive something any person with common sense could gather from the sheriff's video. Officer Tatum got on his podcast and assassinated airman Fortson again as he claimed that this youngman had been beating his girlfriend which was false but Tatum pushed that narrative to help justify a unjust murder by law enforcement of a innocent black man. Tatum is tr@sh and he wants to be accepted by white supremacy

I had never heard the name Benjamin Crump, two days ago. Yesterday the man was standing next to 50 cent up in DC, and everybody was pointing him out. I must have seen a dozen videos, where this Benjamin crump's name was mentioned. And he wasn't doing anything but standing beside 50 cent.
Today, I'm watching OT… And in a completely unrelated story… Benjamin crump's name again.
Did I mention that I had never heard of this guy two days ago? Now, all of a sudden, his name can't seem to leave my presence. And he's not even a main character in any of the stories where he's coming up. He's just a side character, but suddenly everybody's talking about this man over what I assume is going to be a range of unrelated stories.

As far as the video, it is the wrong apartment. The lady said 4th floor 1401, the video shows he got off on the 3rd floor, so sounds like wrong apartment to me 🤷🏽♂️ unless I’m wrong.
