  1. This man was such a pleasure to watch and to learn from. I am sad that he passed, but his videos continue. He was not full of himself, he was sincere and candid and honest, and was to a great extent, humble. His videos were made on a one-to-one: just you and him. He was not projecting his information to an audience. His videos were intimate, just to one person at a time, though thousands watched him.

  2. I moved to front squats a few years ago. After three years , finally got comfortable. I’m up to about half of my rear squats. Maximizes tension on quads as opposed to back, hip flexors and hams. Increases your mobility. Stay in the pockets too
