You guys, this is literally one of the first workouts I’ve actually done everything in for a while lol I’m currently in the 2018 summer shred challenge, because I thought it would be fun haha, but it’s been very difficult. Cloe is a literal beast! She’s amazing and I’m so glad she is willing to make videos for all of us! I’m getting stronger, and I literally have her workouts to thank, so thank you so much!!

day 1- done
day 2- only did the ones u didn’t have to get in the floor with because my legs were sore because i played basketball on day one outside for 1hr and played basketball day 2
