  1. i can't lift my back up off the ground for the toe-touching sit up part. i notice Bully can lift his back way up, all i can do is touch my toes but can't get any lift no matter how hard i try. i love this work out so much & love that i discovered Daniel Kadawatha here. Thank You Bully!!! these 20 min, no equipment routines are lifesavers & actually bring great joy to my life.

I felt like i would never rebound. My son was born two months ago.   3. I havent done a Bully workout since before covid. Ive been in and out of the gym due to injuries but I am back. So happy to see literally millions of people have found his channel. Workouts are still challenging but really fun. On day 8 of the 60 day challenge. Always gym o clock, no days off!! Lets gooo!!

It’s helping me so much with my form, endurance, strength, and mobility. I look forward to doing the next video each day because I feel good about myself. These videos are not extremely difficult but they are challenging enough especially if you are mindful to do the correct form and put in 100% effort and energy behind it. Definitely leaves me feeling sore in a good way. I feel like I could definitely make these workouts part of my everyday routine for a lifetime.
