I was born in 88.
My mother tells me that when I was a baby, a little boy, and a toddler I was captivated by this young man whenever she played his album or put him on our TV. I would be absolutely under his spell and apparently it was impossible to get my attention while I was listening to/watching him.
To this day, in 2024, I am 35 and older than he can be and he still gets to me on a level no other rockstar can. The only person who has come close is Amy Winehouse (another member of the 27 club!), who I used to go see in Camden, London. But still even she doesn't match Kurt.
He's pure magic and simply wonderful. A true gift from God.
RIP, Kurt.
It makes me laugh watching this today and hearing Kurt introduce Pat to the audience, given how well known he is today. Like yeah man, we know who he is! ❤

Era noviembre del año 92 ( creo) y ya sea por todo lo qûe rodeo el hecho o por lã estetica misma del unplugged para mi siempre seŕa recordado como un disco de "día de muertos" o "hallowen" lo cual hace que sea ( ademas de lo que es, "el desenchufado de nirvana") siniestro y ultraterreno, de ultrațumba.
