A 10-year-old boy is shot just moments before midnight during a New Year’s Eve celebration with family. As they danced in the kitchen, bullets tore through their window—one hitting the boy and causing life-threatening injuries. Saint Paul investigators race to secure evidence, tracking an SUV seen circling the alley and followed a digital trail to identify two suspects.   2. Why would the operator not send a paramedic?!? I’m so confused. She been repeating herself the entire time and they asking her questions like his injury ain’t serious!!

  3. It should be mandatory for our schools to teach our children trade skills so they will find employment after graduation. Too many young people these days are just aimlessly wondering the streets with zero sense of purpose. We must do better for our children, because their futures (and ours) depends on it.
