When Mike fought Roy he wasn’t even in 1/4 of the shape he’s in now and I am talking about just his body in terms of looks, it’s the all the consistent discipline that’s sharpened the mind and his belief in himself again. Roy did say that Mike hit him once and let’s be real they both were taking steam off their shots but he said it was like getting kicked by a mule. Roy said nobody has punched him that hard to body. Mike has extremely short uniquely powerful shots. My concern is his mobility , knees especially and obviously after smoking bud regularly for yrs , the amount of tar coating his lungs which I am sure they’ve done a battery of tests on.
