I somehow do see 0 progress with my hangs. I hang daily for 15 days now. No increase of time. Specially my left Hand cant hold me 4 more than 3 seconds
I have nothing to hang from at home but will try this at the gym .. I do the squatting already while I hang out w my dogs outside. I learned that the squat is important from the OG Mike Chang

I had both knees with torn meniscus and surgery. They said my left was partially bone on bone. This was a bit painful but I worked through it and my knees feel better. Some I used to do and will start again. Thanks.
I just did this and my knees are on fire! Goona stick with it for 30 days and see how I feel. Thanks

My knees cannot handle the hanging squat position. Dang. They feel like they are separating and pulling out of place. Will this get better if I continue?
Any suggestions for hanging with no equipment in or around the house. Don't wanna use a pull up bar because those have damaged my door frames in the past. Any alternative ideas are greatly appreciated

Ok I’ve done this only for 3 days in a row and I am sitting and standing straighter. I can’t even slouch anymore – slouching is not a natural position for me anymore – slouching is now uncomfortable. Thank you Josh!!!

Just tried this for a minute and the pain in the front of my knees was painful but even more pain behind the knees more so 🥵
I’ve only been doing this for a week now and I can get down into the squat position but I can’t stay there for very long yet 😂 already loving how my body feels after your videos
Hello, I’ve been following you for awhile now. My core, my everything was And is doing very well. I noticed due to doing a lot of yogo and navel tucking I have lost tension (able to contract ) near pelvis and belly bottom. Due to this, I feel my lower core weakimg and my upper core is very inflamed, I realized I was contracting wrong. Currenting working on this, I do know im not hail losing my pelvis anymore. Also feeling lost where my lower back goes as hips, I need to get the mind back to working all together. Any pointers would be great fully appreciated
How am I to do a squat, with arthritic knees that can't bend?!😥

I do this throughout my day in the bathroom at work because I can't stand sitting at a desk all day! I will sit in this position for a few minutes and stretch my hips it's like my version of a smoke break! I look forward to it :3
