🎉 Happy New Year Sisterhood! This is Dr. A writing. I just want to send a short message on behalf of me and our entire FMP Team. It’s our true privilege to be connected with YOU in this lifetime. I am really feeling into the significance of that statement today. Of the billions of people on this planet… and of the millions of ways we could invest our time… WE are connected here. We are choosing to better our lives together. There is so much significance in that realization.
This year, I’ve learned that the people in our lives right now ARE the RIGHT PEOPLE. That the challenges and experiences we face right now ARE the exact PERFECT opportunities for our next level of growth. As we close 2023, I feel immense gratitude for all the fellowship, love, strength, and perseverance I’ve witnessed this FMP community create. As we enter 2024, I feel immense hope and excitement for all that we will create together next year.
Tonight, I invite you to look around at your family & friends… and realize they are PERFECT. Not “perfect” in every characteristic and virtue they possess. But perfect PARTNERS for your growth… perfect MIRRORS for your own development. I hope you see the deep beauty in that… and witness the deep undercurrent of co-creation & connection that links us all together.
From my heart to yours… I give you my deep appreciation for YOU and the role you’re playing in our Fit Mother Community. May your 2024 be blessed with health, fulfillment, and growth.

Dr. A what a strong testimony… thank you for sharing it I knew you were a Christian or follower of Christ I like to say… Your Testimony has really blessed me I sat here weeping I needed to hear your testimony today; it has been a really bad day but sitting here watching your testimony reminds me that no matter what God is always with us if we allow him to be. and He will never leave us, nor will he forsake us, but he will see us through. I am grateful for the call you said yes to I am sorry that you had to let go of your relationship, but I also know God will take care of that too. He will bless you " for taking up your cross" being faithful, and humble. Please don't ever lose sight of that humility and thank you for being a blessing in my life for the past week sincerely k.d.

Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing your story! God is certainly using you to change lives, including mine. You have been such an inspiration for health and fitness and now I can look up to you for your story and how you found your faith again. It’s beautiful! You are right, we all have a story. This has encouraged me to tell mine. I pray for your future! That God continues to use you for His glory and that you remain close to Him! Blessings!

It takes a lot to share the good, the bad, and the ugly in our lives. As a believer, I loved hearing your testimony. I've been married to an unbeliever for almost 30 years. It has NOT been easy. Running and trying to stay healthy has been my main priority, along with keeping God in the forefront. Thank you for your openness and honesty .

This was deeply vulnerable, thank you for sharing. I am a huge supporter of growing and tending to mind, body, soul to be the best version of ourselves. I do not subscribe to traditional and historically Christian beliefs and do not intend to get into any of that, but I will support you and this mission so long as that this doesn’t become a right leaning (or left leaning) organization. Spirituality is deeply personal and this country has a long history of squashing any culture that does not fit into the puritan belief system and quite frankly, I will not support that. I believe in being a good person, a good neighbor, and a good citizen. I also believe in looking within and serving whatever higher power an individual might have – whatever that might be. Please do not go all GOD centric – please support all sources of inner spirituality. Thank you.
