  5. I wonder what you will look like at 50 or 60 years of age. Easy to talk fitness at your young age. But your clock is ticking so enjoy this brief time of your human lifespan.

  6. Maybe a rebounder will a better idea. I have never seen you getting into that alternative which does a lot for our health within just 10 to 15 minutes. Plus is a fun way to exercise making it more appealing.
