Maybe a rebounder will a better idea. I have never seen you getting into that alternative which does a lot for our health within just 10 to 15 minutes. Plus is a fun way to exercise making it more appealing.
Best is to go for a walk after dinner and take advantage of the red light and start producing melatonin to live a circadian rhythm.
