I understand the passenger was a suspect as well but if he was unconscious and or pinned in the vehicle he should have been taken to hospital with life threatening injuries not non life threatening injuries. He may have made it. SMH.

Chasing a vehicle at a consistent 120mph through traffic and red lights… I honestly think cops should stop pursuits after about 10-20 minutes of chasing someone. For this exact reason💔
