Apparently I got the amount of RAM WRONG SOMEHOW??? This one only has 16gb. I’ll try to remove any mention of RAM with the YouTube editor. Might take a bit to do. If you see some weird jump cuts, thats why.
Thank you for your review. The Claw has got so many negative reviews hence the price crash. I just bought one for peanuts and with all the updates/BIOS etc, it's awesome!
Bought it at a discount. Works fine now and even great with the loss less scaling app on. Also the sound from the speakers is amazing. Would be awesome if you'd do an updated review with the new drivers.
Bro please do a revision on the claw with the CPU power fix, updated bios and drivers. Would love to see how it compares against the LeGo and the rAlly.
After all of this, how do you feel now that MSI has announced the Claw 2?
Msi claw❌
Msi paw✅
Got one of these brand new unopened for my gf, $300. Actually like it.
My ROG ally updated and its completely bricked, and when i try to factory reset it it doesnt stay on long enough for me to complete it. The joysticks stopped working 3 months after i bought it replaced it with Hall affect joysticks, the sd card reader never worked and it always overheated so i had to replace the back shell that allows more airflow and that kept the temps below 81c and Asus refuses to fix my rog ally because i opened it
Dude. I appreciate your video, but you told me everything. I need to know about not purchasing this item in the first five minutes, or at least before the doggy break
I love how the most replayed moment is the moment immedietly after the sponsor, lol
Great Stuff, as always!
So far, I haven't had any serious issues with the Claw since I mainly run FC24. Love its ergonomic as well. Hopefully there will be more driver updates that could allow me to run ultra settings on it
Love the way you present it in the first few rolls. Look cool when you put all handhelds together. Still trying to get used with my Claw. Transferring mobile game on handheld is quite hard🤣
The look grows on me. After having it for awhile the heat doesn’t bother me, it mostly on the top side where it away from me. Also, performance might not be great in the beginning but they’ve been updating so far and performance are going up. Hopefully, with more updates I think it would do well in this platform.
reason every company runs amd is because of how much better amd is compared to intel
great video! hopefully with future updates from MSI/Intel we can see better performance. I love the design and feel of it!
Your B Roll cinematography is awesome, makes the MSI Claw look really cool!
It's pretty impressive on the claw for the benchmark testing lol also the battery life I think Claw is the largest in the market so far
I'm fond of the graceful black appearance, and the way it feels in hand is exceptionally comfortable!

How in the hell are you getting 60fps on helldivers on the steam deck? Mine cant push a consistent 30
The " MSI A1M CLAW"- Their aim is for you to claw
differently and… And that's all your pretty much getting for the price tag. Some fancy ergonomics.
MSI claw only issue is its iGPU. its a STANDARD version chip you are getting exactly the same in intel core ultra based business laptops. its made for thin laptops. not for gaming. and, the fact that the arc GPU driver division still in its "infancy" technically, so they are still learning the curves. so that part, bugs etc could get iron out as time goes. but still dont change the fact the iGPU in there is an absolute GENERIC version of arc graphics. while all the other AMD based handhelds especailly the ones with the Z1 chip are all CUSTOM chip.
the CPU part of the core ultra is its strongest point. its the better CPU of all the other AMD based.
i would instead suggest claw owners to just use it for something else outher than gaming. like creative stuff. doing artworks or something with it. something that can make use that good CPU. or get an eGPU and treat it like a desktop replacement.
intel just sucks
There is no reason this device should exist, at least at this price point. there is zero for anyone to pick this up over the competition
I do also like the feel of MSI Claw. In hands, it just works right for me and quite comfortable.
Only trust the cooling design from MSI, keep it cool without burning the SD card…
I would like buy a handheld recently, it seems like a good choice.
MSI Claw brings back the feeling of gaming consoles for me. It's a comfortable, easy-to-use, and user-friendly handheld!
This would definitely be my first choice for handheld. Cooling performance and long battery life are what I care about the most.
It looks so well when playing Call of duty and Helldivers.
Without the poot flame and tragic lag 😅😂
Tried the Claw – ergonomic grips, haptic feedback, and grip feel great! Thinking of snagging one for my birthday!😍
Got one already😎 the grip is so comfy and it's actually quite light!
looking forward to Intel's updates
Looks cool, feels cool + amazing display…can't wait to get one of these!
I'll grab one because of the cooling perks you mentioned. Something less "toasty" suits long gaming sessions better.
Love seeing some competition here (blue and orange) hahaha keeps things spicy!! I try it out in-store, gotta say, the feel is 🥰! I think comfort is key, right? everyone's got their own grip~ better try by yourself
Claw still my first choice because features the hall-effect joystick and offers a comfortable grip than others~
Fascinating exterior design and great handheld experiences.
I got one for myself. Besides performance there's really nothing to complain about
After I tried it in the shop I decided to have it, is the best handheld design that feels great while holding it on hand.
looks like it's only down to getting a decent update from Intel. basically nailed every other aspects. imo performance can be optimized, but there's no way of "updating" hardware design flaws on other handhelds. fingers-crossed
For me the Claw looks sexy, and it does the job because I only play light games occasionally, and it could be docked with that Thunderbolt 4 which is not bad as a versatile portable light gaming/office machine.
