Moderna covid vaccine made me ill for 4 days. SECOND DOSE the next year put me in bed for 4 days, pulse 140, irregular, temp 38.4, dizziness, nausea, and the right side of my face went numb. Weird. Fever lifted but couldn't walk up even 3 or 4 steps- breathless/dizzy/nausea. I was abroad at the time so rode it out for 2 weeks, best I could. Returned to UK (feeling ok enough to fly). Doc said it was my heart probably – sent me for tests. By that time I was feeling much better (actually I went keto at that time). Suddenly everything was ok.
