I'm only 32 but due to sedentarism and long hours sitting at the office got messed up with sciatica, lumbago and carpal tunnel, been doing these cause a student of mine suggested them and they help a lot, the wrist exercises help with the carpal tunnel and the leg raises and back stretches help a lot with the sciatica and lower back pain. Do these every day and I stay relatively pain free if I do them 2 or 3 times a day. 😊

  3. I do these everyday! I like it when you have the beeping noise so you know you are getting ready to switch stretches! Ty for these and the skeleton to show which muscles should be getting the stretches. This helps me to know if I’m doing them correctly as a beginner! Ty!!❤

  4. Why are you complaining about the music when it's the workout you should put your attention to. If you're so weak minded music stops you from working out. You really never wanted to workout in the first place. But that's your loss and my gain. The music is motivating so that once I complete these workouts the music is over 😊😉
