  1. I shared this routine with my club members and I also do it regularly. It's a very good routine for waking up and starting your day with intention and movement. Lately there is a commercial break when we twist to the second side and now every meditation just as you're just dropping in to it. I do love this video! And I'm upgrading to ad free because of it, but for my members just getting started with intentional movement I do wish the commercial interruptions could be rearranged!

  2. After having 3 kids I literally couldn't bend over to touch my toes anymore and after one session of this video…. I can! I'm shocked! 😮 thank you so much, omg! My body has been so tense and tight. I'm doing this everyday now. Thank you

  3. Man, I’ve seen a lot of content but this hit different. You showed me a part of life I didn’t even realize I was neglecting, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed most. That kind of impact? It’s rare. It’s not just a morning routine it’s a reset for the mind, body, and spirit. I respect the hell out of what you’re doing. Keep going you’re changing lives, one morning at a time.

  4. I just wanted to express my thanks for your videos. I've had a hip replacement AND knee replacement. I used to be VERY athletic in too many sports to mention. When my knees began hurting, I discovered yoga (Bikram Yoga) which helped warm up my body and placed less stress on my knees. I also thoroughly enjoyed the meditative qualities of this kind of yoga, really helped me focus after a very stressful day of being an advocate (legal) for survivors of Family & Sexual Violence. Now that I've nearly healed from my operations, I realize that walking on trails and Physical Therapy simply isn't enough for the inner athlete in me:) So, thank you, again, for devoting your time, energy and experience to helping others. ~A Young-At-Heart-59-Year-Old.

  5. Very dumb quote in my opinion. “There is no reason for all those thoughts and they don’y do anything” sounds like the opinion of someone who has simply never made a difference in the world. “Wishing for the rain to go away achieves nothing” maybe not but thinking about it could implore you to want to move to a less rainy place and imagine all those cascading things that happen from that one thought. Likewise as a father, there are many thoughts I have that I have to contemplate in relation to how I parent because I know everything I do for my child will have a deep impact on their life and their future. I get the point but it just comes across as fake-intellectual drivel

  6. Philippians 4:6.
Do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your requests known to God. And the peace of God which transcends all understanding, stands guard over your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

    Read your Bible. 😊
