There are good cops there was two together,always keep two good cops together they will bounce off each other .the bad ones keep them together one day they will fk up on camera.
Oh god, her brain is fried
God help them. Watched my mother do this with my brother for over 30 years until he went to prison and she passed away unexpectedly while he was in there. Her death was so unexpected i sometimes think God took her home so she could be relieved of the stress. He was due to be released shortly after she passed and of course lived with her his entire life. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone and I sure do miss my mom.
I have a client just like this. It took six months in a lockdown facility.
Walking in the street is an evidence of grave disability. She can be involuntarily admitted to a psych facility for this behavior.

Honestly she is in such a drug-induced psychosis whether it's from lack of sleep or just the dope itself I used to be a drug addict also mess with my thing and I've been clean for a very long time and I have never done anything like this. Usually when you're trying to get high you don't want to call attention to yourself she is definitely a psychosis state😢

The show "intervention" is what needs go be shown in schools, not the d.a.r.e. program. Show them what its actually like and how it affects the family. Maybe that will actually teach them than just saying "say no yo drugs".

My condolences to the family KIDS would love to have parents like that, Drugs & Booze are probably the most public, direct display of selfishness ever.. They destroy everything and everyone in the process .. This poor girl gosh I pray she gets help and stops doing her drugs. This breaks my heart 😢 the heart ache these parents and family are and have endured. I cant imagine having this happen to my daughter. Gosh Chloe I pray that you get the help that you need. Safe, drug free, and used as a testiment to other people. LORD PLEASE HELP HER. 😮💨😪😶😪😪

Thank you for the adjustment but, was still ear piercing madness. I couldn’t even understand half of what she’s saying. I pray she makes it and beats her addiction. You can tell her family loves her but they’re ready to give up. God bless this young lady and her family. It’s sad.
Her parents probably could use a break for a while..send her to the psych ward..or jail

This is the third video I find of a tall skinny girl named Chloe all the cops know about, high as hell, screaming and making scenes in the streets. First one she was caught shoplifting, second video she was walking aimelssly, barefoot and screaming, now this one. I'm getting to think it's all the same girl. Man, she needs to be locked up pronto.
