  1. I think with the lack of criminal accountability by our county attorneys and attorney generals office, criminals think that they don’t have to obey traffic laws or laws in general .

  2. The thinking that dictates terminating a pursuit to avoid potential consequences, fails to consider the actual consequences that do occur, even if the potential ones don’t. It’s the actual consequences of the potential actions to potential consequences we are seeing. When this situation gets to the point, which is fast approaching, where the actual consequences are no longer tolerable the tactics will change. At that point society will come to accept some inevitable collateral damage to end the problem. See 1933-34 era.

  3. Yea cause in LA they will get caught, up in Minnesota u guys don't have many helicopters an you terminate most of the chases anyway so more people run . In LA your never gonna get away with all the cars an helicopters on you

  4. [1:00] "incredible restraint, no shots fired, not any real use of force, very patient…" [and then]: they might be justified to do something?" Seriously???
At what point is "force" determined to have been necessary; when the criminal kills an innocent family while he's fleeing? CA, OR, like Minnesota are
morally bankrupt, godless, lawless states b/c of actions like this. This is pathetic.

  5. 1:14 Might be justified?!? Are you kidding me?? The fact that these criminals assaulted the police with their vehicle and then ended up driving on the wrong side of the freeway TOTALLY justifies shooting them!!! Very lucky no one was killed in this mess.

  6. That's what happens if you don't pursue and try to stop the vehicle.
They go against traffic on the highway and almost kill other people.

    Edit:
Well, I'd try to flee as well knowing they abort pursuits that easily.
That's how you make people attempt to flee in cars much more often…
