Uh, yeah… some of us have jobs to go to in the morning, amongst other responsibilities. I dont have time to go to the park and spend the afternoon training my fast Twitch fibers😂. Some people are fit. Some people have a savings account. the ones who have both are trust fund babies.

nowadays the only leg day I do is climbing a hill running once a week. I almost do 12 minutes whithout stopping. It depens on the day I train and the stamina that I have that day.
