  2. Humm, last time I trusted doctors I was told I was having panic attacks ….it was a brain tumor for Pete’s sake . But I’ve been beating the MTHFR drum for 30 years . Thanks so much for making it understandable. Linus Pauling institute brought it to light before internet was developed. Please get into what happens when someone that has MTFR gene consumes folic acid … it stores it because it can’t process. At times creates a tumor . Or stores in liver . In laymen explanation. Please do a teaching on this

  4. How important is red light therapy? I bought a body mat. I see you have one too. I am working to adopt all of your morning routines. Cold showers, breath work, early sun, grounding and improving by my diet, I ride my bike every morning and evening. I have been doing a lot of good things for years as my dad taught me. You have made me realize I need to get more exercise in my arms. Thank you for helping me pull it all together. 😊💕

  5. How much of the methyltetrahydrofolate, etc of those like vit B’s, do u suggest in mg amounts. My vitamins have them all-the good ones-but didn’t know if I’m getting enough.

  6. Certainly in the UK doctors are destroying the nations health. Recommending grains, pastas, cereal avoiding red meats, to many eggs, slightly high cholesterol they issue statins, slightly high blood pressure they issue beta blockers, acid reflux it's PPIs, they are killing us so pharma make a fortune.

  7. Well I eat steak, lamb, eggs, salmon very regularly so no way I'm B vitamin defficient.
    These are quality local products not supermarket bought.
    Yet my anxiety, excess brain function, catastrophising syndrome are all off the charts, I never sleep, never stop worrying about any topic you can mention.
    So maybe it's just a methylation issue?
    I saw your chat with Joe Rogan and you mentioned 1000 mcg of Methyl folate could help correct the imbalance, so I'll give that a try maybe start lower dosage and progress, I've seen other discussions where it can cause mood swings, irritability even excessive anger, so will take it very responsibly.

  8. Love all the content and I just sent off my genetic test a few days ago. It would be awesome if you could spend a little time at some point talking about asthma. I developed it as an adult after years of dealing with sinus issues and multiple endoscopic surgeries. Thank you in advance.
