To remove or change an amendment in the US constitution 66.66% of congress, then 66.66% of the senate, and then 75% of the states must agree for the change to happen.
The exception to this would be an international treaty, the "science of gun control" works to that end. 56% of states would not matter in an international treaty scenario. Is this how our right to own guns can be taken away?

Pennsylvania is an open carry state with the exception of Philadelphia.
you have to pass a drivers test, you should have to prove you can clean and maintain you weapon and use it properly.

Just a small addition here… "consitutional carry" isn't permitless-concealed-carry. They're apples to oranges.

The constitution and all the documents written for The States of America because that nation in it's entirety including all of it's powers and authorities and that includes the judges was totally dissolved on March 9th 1933 by FDR and the 73rd congress. I am however glad that people were allowed to protect themselves and their families, I am am really sort of surprised.
