  1. Paul, I’m 49 years old now and have trained all of my life but the past year I’ve found it difficult to keep motivated to train to the level that I have in the past. I’ve always pushed myself and set personal challenges to overcome while training but stagnated the past six months. I’ve discovered your channel though and you’ve e really inspired me to push myself again, in a positive way! Thanks and please keep the awesome content coming!

  2. I'm 81 and doing 100 p/ups every morning followed by free squats lunging and stretching, in the afternoon I do some bench work with two 15 k dumbells then some cable and band's pull downs etc and most important a healthy diet.

  3. Awesome man! Great motivation! I’m a 71 child too, makes me want to get back into deadlifting!! Still want to see that strict curl challenge though! I will come do it with you!

  4. Paul, congrats that was impressive & motivating sir…i gotta start doing deads again. I stopped about 10 years ago due to a slipped disc injury. Once I'm cleared by my doc I'll get back into it….probably start really low with just the bar & 25's….i know thats light but its a start, right?

  5. AWESOME CONGRATULATIONS I AM SO HAPPY TO SEE SOMEBODY ELSE BESIDES MYSELF WHO PAYS NO ATTENTION TO THE DEFEATIST MENTALITY(I.e TOO OLD & SHOULD TRAIN LESS & LIGHTER WEIGHTS ETC..). I AM SOON TO BE 48 & I AM STILL BUILDING MUSCLE(STILL REBUILDING MUSCLE THAT I LOST FROM BEING INACTIVE/EATING WRONG FOODS DURING COVID ERA). I PRACTICE WHAT I PREACH TO THE YOUNGER LIFTERS STARTING OUT: “PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD”💪
