Crossfire possibilities MUST be avoided at all costs, even if it leaves an opening for the perp to squeeze out. Also, think about what could happen if the perp were armed, and decided to start shooting. Things could get ugly VERY fast. That said, yeah, a pretty funny "pursuit". Like somebody else said, this film (along with dashcams and dispatch tape) will probably be used for a LOT of training sessions. Lot of bent metal.

The police are buffoons!
All these cops want to be the hero that stops this, that's why they can't comment to stopping this. Many times there was a chance to take that car head on at slow speeds but they didn't. Weak, very weak. This is what happens when cops don't have the balls or the commitment.

It look like keystone cop time. Every time the lead to cars try to pit maneuver the third police car was nowhere in position to assist in boxing him in every time. Who gave that guy a car he doesn't know what he's doing.
