Okay. So I agree with some things but disagree on other things. What does Islam have to do with socialism? As far as I'm concerned, it's nonsense to attach those things to each other. Both socialism and capitalism have their place in the balance. Social programs are an inherent part of all civilizations as are small- to medium-sized business enterprise. From tiny societies to large, having some communal benefits and protections is natural. On the other hand, billionaires and mega-corporations are not an inherent part of civilizations. And of course religions as problematic as Islam (anti-free speech, misogyny, anti-science, pro-polygyny, pro-slavery, etc.) are also not.

I used to think it would be prudent of the French to pass along their nuclear stockpile to the Americans to ensure Islamists potentially taking power doesn't result in them gaining control of the arsenal, now it's more and more likely that the UK having control of nuclear weapons two decades from now is an even greater concern.
