Soros DAs own the Midwest now… Arm yourselves accordingly.
Shouldn't I get paid for my video
The defendant is a POS but seizing the money was just dumb
Bit of misleading title here, the fact he was punching the cop has nothing to do with the reason he was suing
Lol a year
No big deal. He is going to need that money to bail out the next time. And rest assured there will be a next time. People like this don’t learn anything and will reoffend.
Good! The cops tried to steal his money
The only thing I hate worse than violent recidivist criminals is CIVIL ASSET FORFEITURE.
Seriously. There's no difference in street criminals robbing someone at gunpoint, and the govt stealing your money while not charging you with an offense directly related to the money in question.
Wait… That loser SUED the cops and won?!
I'm glad he got his money back. Crooked azz Cops!
Pirates
These people are ridiculous. They're ruining this country
The headline is terribly slanted and misleading. He was convicted of hitting the officer and resisting arrest and won in court to get his money back.
The system works, folks. The police finally got a taste of their own medicine.
😂😂😂😂😂
Why take his small amount of money?
I had some Kentucky officer steal my money and the half of the wallet it was in. It was only a 100$ But the wallet part really pissed me off. My father made me that wallet after his stroke and it ment alot to me. Sure, I fucked up and got caught with a bowl of weed. They didn't have to put me in jail mothers day weekend over a bowls worth of weed and steal my money and part of that wallet. But again I had Kentucky pull me one time and just took the weed off buddy with me and not charge neither one of us. But it's decriminalized there. But honestly that Kentucky Trooper was super cool and very kind about everything. So shot out to that officer. But I hope karma send the other officer that stole my 100 and wallet a shot out.
Cops shouldnt be allowed to take and keep large amounts of cash even if they was arrested for drugs or not. I can see putting it in to evidence, but once the case or whatever is over, people oughta get their money back.
The cops in that city should quit if they won't be supported by the justice system.
Diversity enriches our lives and makes Minnesota a great place to live.
CAF is super problematic and trashes the 4th Amendment. The much bigger problem here is the one year sentence for the felony assault. Ten years served is much better.
By luck or by Grace?? How about a driver that has eyes can see people in the way n has brakes that he applied to stop the car. Maybe???
